By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into a construction contract with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Contract Formation

4.1 Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Quotations are estimates and may be subject to adjustment based on final specifications
• A formal contract must be signed before work commences

4.2 Contract Acceptance

• Contracts become binding upon signed acceptance by both parties
• Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing
• Changes to the contract require written approval from both parties

5. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals where required
• Ensure site access and safety conditions
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicate changes or concerns promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Schedule

• Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts
• Typically includes deposit, progress payments, and final payment
• Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed

6.2 Late Payments

• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Dutch law
• Work may be suspended for non-payment after written notice
• Collection costs may be charged to the client

7. Project Execution

7.1 Timeline

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permits, or unforeseen circumstances
• We will notify clients of significant delays promptly
• Force majeure events may extend project timelines without penalty

7.2 Quality Standards

• All work will be performed according to Dutch building standards and regulations
• Materials will meet specified quality requirements
• Regular quality inspections will be conducted

8. Changes and Variations

Changes to the original scope of work must be agreed in writing and may result in:

• Adjustment to the contract price
• Extension of completion timeline
• Additional terms and conditions

9. Warranties and Guarantees

9.1 Workmanship Warranty

• We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship from project completion
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse

9.2 Material Warranties

• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
• We will assist with warranty claims where possible
• Warranty periods vary by material and manufacturer

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• Our total liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• Liability for defects is limited to repair or replacement of defective work

11. Insurance and Safety

• We maintain appropriate professional liability and general liability insurance
• All work is performed in compliance with Dutch safety regulations
• Safety protocols will be followed on all project sites
• Clients are responsible for site safety when we are not present

12. Intellectual Property

• Design plans and specifications remain our property unless otherwise agreed
• Clients receive a license to use plans for the specific project
• We may use project photos for marketing purposes unless prohibited by client
• Third-party intellectual property will be respected

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by Client

• Clients may terminate with written notice
• Payment is due for all work completed to date
• Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the contract

13.2 Termination by Company

• We may terminate for non-payment or breach of contract
• Written notice will be provided before termination
• Materials and equipment remain our property until paid for

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation may be pursued before formal legal action
• Disputes will be resolved under Dutch law
• Courts of Almere, Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters and severe weather
• Government actions and regulatory changes
• Labor strikes and material shortages
• Pandemics and public health emergencies

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the competent courts of Almere, Netherlands.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
